Fear

Fear is a just part of future imagination . Suppose we are sitting on a place , and we thinking constantly about our present situation. The moment we think constantly .
At that time we are afraid of  imagining the future .
We can think whatever we want to think . But we can't realize  that  ,, Emotions are connected to our thoughts , and that's why sometimes we feeling good and sometimes we feeling depressed  or sometimes in tension. It is a nature of mind that we will be need to understand . When we understand this whole process . That moment fears goes out to minds .
Actually there is no such thing like fear.

The situation does not exist right now but we think it would be happened with us in future..  It is a fear.  That's why people are suffering from anxiety .

Human mind


99 percent of our life is just a thought and Emotions. We need to understand, Thought and emotion is just a projection of life not life. Thought is dry , emotions are juicy,  but it still a thought.
The way we think is way we feel . If we think ohh..  " this is a wonderful person " we will have sweet emotions towards that person. 😍 And if we think  ohh.. " this is a horrible person "  immediately we will  have nasty emotions towards that person. 😡 We can't think this is a wonderful person and have nasty emotions.  We can't think this is a horrible person and have sweet emotions. Because the way we think is way we feel.  Thought and emotion are not different . They are the same thing . They are just thought , but one is dry another is  juicy . As a human being  ,, we need to understand this . Our thoughts can be immediately turned,  but emotions Can't be turned immediate.  It takes long time.  Like two weeks,  or two months. But after some  long time emotions also joining the thought process. So our whole life is a very much like a dream. And it's true.
